ILARIA - STORE MANAGER

Originally from Florence, the land of wine, moved to the UK in 2018 to dive into the world of drinks, starting with a focus on beer. She discovered a genuine love for Amari and agave-based spirits as she explored the industry. Her curiosity led her to take her knowledge further by enrolling in Level 2 WSET Spirits, where she learned the ins and outs of the spirits world. Now, she’s gearing up for Level 3 to continue expanding her expertise.

Her favourite drinks are a traditional Golden Ale or Lambic and a glass Cynar!
