LUCIE - STORE MANAGER

 I spent the beginning of my career working in high-end Parisian hotels and restaurants. The London bar industry quickly attracted me, and it was time to move. During my time working at Milroy's in Soho, I had aspirations of becoming an elite bartender. My passion for whisky and spirits quickly took a strong hold on me, and I felt ready for the drinks industry.

I am driven with the will of transmitting the traditions, the know-how and the love of sharing all the delicious drinks we sell. I am proud to represent such a wide range of products that showcases the diversity of what the world has to offer.

Being very sample-focused, I make it a point to broaden my knowledge by tasting as much as I can. You can trust my palate and experience for your wine and spirits recommendations.

Since joining Amathus in 2022, I have been excited about the world of wine. Working for the past two years at the Soho flagship as the Assistant Store Manager, I completed my WSET Awards in Wines. Now, as the Store Manager, I am honoured to start at the Shoreditch shop. I hope East London is ready to welcome a well-built Soho worker!
