Brennen & Brown Colonial Gin

Though the recipe and the name hark back to 19th Century, the team at Brennan and Brown have taken a very modern approach to their gin. Starting with traditional botanicals, including lemon, liquorice, coriander and all-important juniper, they distil under a vacuum to keep all the fresh light flavours of their ingredients, before topping up with pure Cotswold spring water. The result is light, bright and lively, best served long with plenty of ice and a slice of grapefruit.
