Doladira is a rhubarb-infused aperitif with notes of plum, gentian, and rosemary. It's crafted with natural alpine ingredients, with no chemicals or artificial flavours and has 60% less sugar than the market leaders. Striking the perfect balance of bitter, acidic, botanical and saline on the palate. Doladira is the elevated aperitivo; inspired by the Italian Alps (Dolomites) and created in Burgundy, France. Its name is derived from the fusion of the Dolomites and enrosadira, the enchanting alpenglow that bathes the peaks in mesmerizing pink hues. Perfected through a multiyear collaboration between Meredith Erickson & CKBG co-founder, Richard Betts, with the intention to bring an aperitivo that uses only the best ingredients.
