When Sophie’s family first arrived it was in a state of disrepair. Thanks to their family vision and passion the old buildings were restored, new vines planted and old neglected vineyards restored to former glory. In 2016, Sophie restored the old cellar, following Tuscan traditions, like concrete tanks.
