Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin
KI NO BI is made at The Kyoto Distillery, Japan, and it is the first of its kind. A small batch, artisanal gin with a very Japanese heart, it is made with obsessive attention to detail, delicacy and precision.
We use a high-quality rice spirit and local botanicals including yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper and gyokuro tea, all sourced in season from producers we know and respect.
We spent time refining our list of botanicals from 40 to our final formula of 11, ensuring that our gin speaks of its home in Kyoto.
KI NO BI has a recognisably dry gin flavour but with a Japanese accent: pure, perfectly balanced with distinctive aromas and a finish of light ginger spice.
