Navy style rums

Navy Rum

Navy rum has a long and storied history and has been an important part of naval tradition for centuries. It was first introduced to the British Royal Navy in the early 1600s and was given to sailors as a daily ration. This practice continued for many years, and navy rum eventually became known as “grog.” Today, navy rum is now produced by several countries around the world. It is typically made from molasses, which is a by-product of sugar production and is high in alcohol content. Navy rum is usually dark in colour and has a strong, distinct flavour.
