The Vrinioti family winery, located on the island of Evia, was established in 2002. But, the relationship with wine goes back to when Konstantinos Vriniotis's ancestors started planting vines in the area and built an old traditional stone winery. The 45 hectare estate is farmed organically and planted with Syrah and the Greek red Vradiano and white grapes Assyrtiko and Malagouzia.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow colour and nose that marries the flowery character, the delights and bergamot, with white flesh yellow fruits, herbs and citrus. Aromatic mouthfeel with pear and melon, cool, with substance and nerve. Fruit salads, green salads, light risotto, pasta and fish, and works wonderfully as an aperitif.

Awards: 90 points from Robert Parker (Wine Critic - June 2016)

Sugar Level: 3.0g/l

Closure: Screw Cap
