About the Producer

The Cuvée de l’Écusson Demi-Sec is crafted using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. After fermentation, the wine matures on its lees for a minimum of two years, developing complexity and finesse. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Riesling contributes to its balanced character.

Tasting Notes

This Demi-Sec sparkling wine presents a pale golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers expressive aromas of ripe pear, lemon zest, and hints of almond. On the palate, it is creamy and well-balanced, with a lively acidity that complements its subtle sweetness. Flavours of white-fleshed fruits and a touch of brioche lead to a smooth, lingering finish.

How To Enjoy

Versatile and elegant, the Cuvée de l’Écusson Demi-Sec pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It complements desserts, soft cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. Its balanced sweetness and acidity make it a delightful match for spicy Asian cuisine and fruit-based desserts.
