Cuvée Louis Salmon is an exceptionally elegant Chardonnay expression. This wine is a great representation of the grand crus of Côte des Blancs: Cramant for the minerality, Chouilly and Oiry for the finesse, and Mesnil-sur-Oger for the structure and longevity.

Cuvée Louis Salmon has a crystal clear golden colour with green undertones. The aromas of this wine include candied mandarin, lemon and a touch of cedarwood and butter. On the palate, this wine displays lemon and almond flavours with vanilla and cardamom touch which adds complexity.
