Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba Gin is a Belgian gin produced by Deluxe Distillery, renowned for its bold character. Distilled in small batches in a concealed distillery in western Belgium, this gin contains unusual botanicals, including malted barley and cubeb pepper, contributing to its distinctive profile. The higher-than-average alcohol content enhances the presence of juniper and cubeb pepper, which lingers with zesty hints of cracked black pepper, violet, orange, and liquorice. The nose offers a waft of celeriac from the blinded botanical, giving way to herbal and floral notes of orange blossom and citrus on the first sip.
