Located on the outskirts of the town of Peñafiel, the capital of the Ribera del Duero wine region of central Spain, the Red Roble is the house red of Bodegas Carramimbre. Praised for its outstanding balance and personality, the Red Roble is the benchmark for other wines in its category. Made from 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this fruit-forward, medium-bodied red delivers ripe red fruit notes supported by woody spiciness, thanks to the time spent in oak barrels. Available in a convenient half-size bottle, perfect for when a full bottle is too much of a commitment.
