Grower Champagne from a single vineyard grown in sandy soils by Vincent Cuillier. 100% Chardonnay, vinified 100% in oak - fermented and matured for 10 months in barrels; 36 – 48 months on lees, bottled without fining or filtration - an impressively powerful palate, yet elegant and complex with pronounced minerality, floral, hints of white fruit, almonds, nectarine.

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name.
If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.

Description

Vincent Cuillier is a small grower Champagne producer based in Montagne de Reims. Alongside overseeing the winemaking for the family business, back in 2015 Vincent isolated the oldest plots and started working the vines for his own label. His viticulture is based on rigorous plot selection and a deep commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. Most his vineyards are located around Saint-Thierry Massif , a sandy soiled area to the northwest of Reims. The vines are replaced using selection massale. He promotes soil health by using full cover crops in spring, low-no tillage, and homemade compost and plant preparations. Vincent employs very low intervention winemaking with limited or no sulphur used, a range of different sized oak barrels and round concrete vats. This is a truly expressive, highly complex and very terroir-focused range of Champagnes, with a high percentage of barrique fermentation, mostly
consisting of wines mostly from single vineyards and single vintage releases. These are superbly characterful wines from an exciting, talented young winemaker.
