Tasting Notes

This wine presents a deep, intense ruby hue. The nose is rich and expressive, offering aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and ripe plum, interwoven with notes of black pepper, cinnamon, cocoa, and toasted almonds. Subtle hints of vanilla and garrigue herbs add complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with velvety tannins and a harmonious balance between fruit and spice. Flavours of dark berries, liquorice, and a touch of minerality lead to a long, elegant finish.

How To Enjoy

The Cuvée Henry Lapierre Rouge pairs beautifully with hearty dishes such as grilled lamb chops with rosemary, beef stew, or duck confit. Its robust character also complements spicy cuisines and aged cheeses.
