This an unoaked biodynamic Semillon. The vineyard is located in Sainte Radegonde, 50km to the east of Bordeaux and stands on a unique terroir of a limestone plateau facing Saint-Emilion. The Sémillon vineyard covers just 1.2 hectares. Half planted with young vines, and the other half with very old vines of 50+ years old . The wine vinified in stainless steel with natural yeasts and undergoes regular batonnage for three months before bottling. The palate offers up medium-weight ripe, creamy yellow plum and grapefruit with a thread of fresh citrus acidity. A delicious, versatile white that can be enjoyed on its own or with some quite rich fish dishes. It will put on weight over the next 6 months
