Vibrant & Fruity
Cloudy Bay is the benchmark of New Zealand - the most internationally recognised brand from New Zealand. One of the first five wineries established in Marlborough, the finest wine region in New Zealand (located at the northern tip of NZ's South Island). Cloudy Bay Te Koko is an individual expression of the sauvignon blanc grape, a complex and savoury wine that is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured. Released as a mature wine, it is a full-bodied, alternative style of sauvignon blanc from Cloudy Bay.
On the nose there are initial scents of white florals and fresh herbs are supported by those of sweet stone fruits and honeysuckle, and completed by a flinty intriguing minerality. On the palate, its juicy, with mouth-watering notes of nectarine, kaffir lime and lemon grass. A round and creamy mouthfeel complimented by a gentle minerality, while the nervy acidity contributes to a youthful and vibrant finish.
