Corazón Añejo Tequila is a refined spirit from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. Aged for 16 to 18 months in American oak barrels, this tequila presents a medium amber hue and offers a savoury, aromatic profile. Tasting notes include spiced tobacco, charred moss, and coffee, with subtle vanilla and oak undertones. The finish is smooth and focused, reflecting the quality of its single-estate production at Casa San Matías. Recognised with multiple awards, including Gold Medals at the Los Angeles International Spirits Competition in 2018 and 2019, and the title of Best Añejo Tequila at the 2016 World Drink Awards.
