Tasting Notes

The carefully selected botanicals include locally sourced lavender, pink grapefruit zest, and cardamom, creating a bright and complex profile. On the palate, rich piney juniper leads, followed by layers of citrus, cooling menthol, and warm spice, with a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel. The signature cloudiness when mixed with tonic is a testament to its high essential oil content. Perfect for a refreshing G&T or a citrus-forward Martini.
