Description

Made of33% Chardonnay, 33% Meunier and 34% Pinot Noir Deutz Brut is a dry, graceful and delicate champagne with fine bright bubbles. It combines notes of crisp apple, white flowers, honey and toasted brioche.

About the Producer

Deutz is based in the Champagne town of Ay, one of the most important Pinot Noir locations. The winemaking practice of Deutz is very traditional, with vinification in stainless steel vats. Oak is entirely avoided here to highlight the purity and freshness of champagne. The base wines are fermented at low temperatures to preserve aromatics, and all the wines undergo malolactic fermentation. The Deutz style is an amalgamation of elegance, finesse and vinosity.
