Ortodoxy’s base spirit derives from cane. Each botanical is distilled separately before being blended and then aged in barrels formerly used to hold their rum. Ortodoxy spends thirty-five weeks in wood, before being filtered until completely crystal clear.

Dictador Ortodoxy Gin is a Colombian spirit crafted from sugar cane-derived alcohol. The gin undergoes five distillations, incorporating botanicals such as juniper, angelica, and mint during the final distillation. After distillation, it is aged for at least six months in oak barrels previously used for Dictador rum, imparting subtle woody notes.
This aging process results in a gin with a complex aromatic profile, featuring herbaceous and spicy notes balanced with hints of citrus and ginger. On the palate, it offers a soft and rounded taste, characterised by a sweet, sour, and spicy flavour. With an alcohol content of 43%, Ortodoxy Gin is suitable for both cocktails and neat tasting.
