Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.

Recognised as the creator of Vermouth de Chambéry, Dolin has cooked up the same recipes in the Alpine hills in Chambéry since 1821. Dolin has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth and is one of the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth.

They continue to make their authentic products according to the principles and recipes that made the Vermouth de Chambéry famous in the first place.

This means the production in Chambéry itself, the maceration of real plants rather than pre-prepared infusions, and the unique addition of sugar as opposed to other sweetening products. Remarkable Vermouths with freshness, purity and complexity.

Tasting Notes: This has rich orange citrus fruit aromas, as well as some sugary, toffee character. Other botanicals that include cinchona bark and hyssop, but tasters identified nutmeg, cinnamon and custard. There is a distinct creamy texture, too.
