The Dom Pérignon Brut 2012 Magnum (150cl) is a remarkable expression of the 2012 vintage, a year marked by climatic contrasts that ultimately yielded exceptional grapes. Crafted from a blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay, this Champagne showcases a harmonious balance between freshness and richness. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe apricot, white flowers, and a subtle smokiness. The palate is expansive, offering flavours of ginger, toasted brioche, and a touch of minerality, culminating in a long, saline finish.
