Domaine Nigri Pas de Deux Juracon is a white wine produced by blending Petit Manseng and Gross Manseng. Gros Manseng is fermented in temperature-controlled barrels, whereas Petit Manseng is fermented in oak barrels. This wine is made of two grape varieties specific to the appellation, which makes it a typical Juraçon, full of freshness and soft fruity notes.

The Jurançon Region In Southwest France is known for its rich, aromatic, dry whites and outstanding dessert wines. The main varieties used here are the local Gros and Petit Manseng. The 16-hectare Domaine Nigri was created in 1685 and has been owned and run by the Lacoste family for four Generations.
Domaine Nigri Pas de Deux Juracon is a white winefull of freshness and soft fruity notes. It combines aromas of honey, citrus fruit and balsamic notes, as well as excellently balances sugar and acidity.
Domaine Nigri Pas de Deux Juracon can be enjoyed with hearty and intensely flavoured dishes, such as foie gras, blue cheese and smoked fish. For a sweet pairing, you can choose a bitter dark chocolate cake.
