For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Description

Domaine Vincent Pinard, situated in Bué, is a family-run estate dedicated to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The estate spans 17 hectares across the limestone-rich slopes of Sancerre, including the renowned Chêne Marchand vineyard. The Harmonie cuvée is produced from vines that are, on average, 50 years of age. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation for 10 to 12 months in a combination of 2/3 demi-muids and 1/3 wooden vats, with minimal intervention to preserve the wine’s natural expression. The estate is currently in the process of applying for organic certification.

Tasting Notes

The Sancerre Harmonie presents a brilliant pale gold hue. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-balanced, with flavours of ripe pear and a distinctive minerality. The finish is long and precise, showcasing the wine’s complexity and finesse.

How To Enjoy

This Sancerre pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. Its vibrant acidity and minerality complement seafood such as scallops, oysters, and lobster, as well as dishes featuring fennel or citrus. It also pairs well with goat cheeses like Chavignol, enhancing the wine’s complex flavours.
