This sustainably farmed Blaufränkisch Pet-Nat bursts with wild yeast, strawberries, and cucumber aromas, electric in its golden guava-pink hue. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with fine bubbles carrying raspberry, blood orange, and baked rhubarb notes to a mineral finish. Pair with ceviche, shrimp cocktail, soft cheeses, or melon-prosciutto skewers.

Grown on marl-rich soils at 370 metres, the vines thrive in a continental climate, producing fruit with vibrancy and depth. Winemaker Izidor Vehovar—at the helm of Dorcha—brings a fresh perspective to his family’s legacy, leaning into sustainable farming, native yeasts, and minimal intervention to let the land speak through the wine.
Naturally fermented and bottled just before fermentation completes, this sparkling rosé glows with a golden-pink hue. Aromas of wild strawberries, ruby grapefruit, and alpine herbs lead into a palate bursting with tart red berries, baked rhubarb, and a crisp mineral lift. The mousse is lively yet fine, delivering an energetic and thirst-quenching finish.
