Description

From the sun-soaked slopes of Ritoznoj in Slovenia’s Štajerska region comes this radiant Pét-Nat rosé, crafted entirely from Blaufränkisch. Grown on marl-rich soils at 370 metres, the vines thrive in a continental climate, producing fruit with vibrancy and depth. Winemaker Izidor Vehovar—at the helm of Dorcha—brings a fresh perspective to his family’s legacy, leaning into sustainable farming, native yeasts, and minimal intervention to let the land speak through the wine.

Tasting Notes

Naturally fermented and bottled just before fermentation completes, this sparkling rosé glows with a golden-pink hue. Aromas of wild strawberries, ruby grapefruit, and alpine herbs lead into a palate bursting with tart red berries, baked rhubarb, and a crisp mineral lift. The mousse is lively yet fine, delivering an energetic and thirst-quenching finish.

How To Enjoy

Unfiltered and full of charm, this Pét-Nat is as expressive as it is refreshing. Enjoy with shrimp cocktail, ceviche, creamy cheeses, or melon and prosciutto skewers for a perfect balance of texture and flavour.

Delivery

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £125 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.
