St. John’s Eve on 23rd June marks the final harvest date for the green walnuts. The wild, still-soft walnuts are carefully sorted, washed, and macerated in alcohol alongside a curated blend of herbs and spices. Following this infusion period, the walnuts are pressed, and the liqueur is aged for a full year in old French Sauternes wine casks. The result is a deep green liqueur defined by fine, spicy notes and subtle tannins that add an elegant complexity.

Description

Every fruit brandy and spirit starts right on the tree, the field and the orchard. The glass can’t catch what the fruit doesn’t offer. It’s as simple as that, although experience tells us that a sure instinct, a fine nose and a little bit of obsession also never hurt. Florian Faude master distiller and qualified wine maker, founded the distillery in 2006 in Botzingne am Kaiserstuhul / Baden. His fine spirits and liqueurs are distilled from regionally produced fruits and vegetables capturing the essence in a glass.

Delivery

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £125 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

Returns

We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

Excludes perishable or personalised products or those products that have been specified as non-returnable.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name.
If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.
