Giffard has been a family run business since 1885 producing premium liqueurs that reflect their surroundings in the Loire Valley, France. Fleur de Sureau Sauvage is an infusion of the wild elderflower shrub, also known as the black elderberry or Judas tree. Hand harvesting wild elderflowers are naturally dried and then macerated in alcohol to deliver a drink with intense and complex floral flavours, perfect to elevate cocktails or to enjoy alone over ice.
