Hollows and Fentimans Ginger Beer is inspired by the original recipe from Thomas Fentimans. It is a refreshingly smooth alcoholic ginger beer with an authentic, bold and fiery ginger flavour.

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.

Hollows and Fentimans Ginger Beer is inspired by the original recipe from Thomas Fentimans. Brewed using just five ingredients – including the finest Chinese ginger root, this Ginger beer is made using only traditional methods. It is fermented slowly over fourteen days using a botanical brewing process, which perfectly highlights the natural fiery notes from the ginger. It is an award winning alcoholic ginger beer, reminiscent of its non-alcoholic counterpart.

About the Producer

In 1905, Thomas Fentiman was approached by a fellow tradesman for a loan, and a recipe for Botanically Brewed ginger beer was provided as security. The loan was never repaid so Thomas became the owner of the unique recipe, which he used to produce Fentimans Ginger Beer. He sold his Botanically Brewed Ginger Beer door to door via horse and cart, in ceramic jugs. Over 100 years later, the business is still in the Fentimans family and is owned by Thomas’ Great Grandson, Eldon Robson.
