A blend of two classic Mediterranean grape varities, Colombard and Ugni-Blanc, the result is a crisp and aromatic white wine. The Colombard, the offspring of the Chenin Blanc, and the Ugni-Blanc, also known as Trebbiano in Italy, are vinified separately to preserve their unique characteristics. The wine then undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit profile. The wine does not undergo any oak aging, allowing the natural acidity and crispness to shine through.
The light body and fresh acidity of the wine make it easy to pair with a variety of different dishes including shellfish, light salads such as a nicoise or just as a light, easy-drinking table wine.
