The A by Arras is a blend of 48 % Pinot Noir 34% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier, which spends 30 months on lees with 4 g/l dosage
Medium straw in colour with a bright gold hue, the wine has a crystal clear appearance with a fine and persistent bead. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of nectarine, butter sautéed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.
