KinGlassie Raw 2017 Aged 8 Years is a limited-edition, heavily peated single malt that comes from the Kingdom of Fife and captures the distillery’s character with unapologetic smokiness. It spends a full eight years exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks, delivering a whisky that is both multi-dimensional and potent—a raw expression that reveals entirely new layers of peat-forward flavour. Description

InchDairnie Distillery was established in 2015 by Ian Palmer on the site of an old mill in Fife, near Glenrothes. Built with a focus on technical innovation, the distillery is equipped with a mash filter, hammer mill, outdoor fermentation tanks, and a Lomond still, enabling it to experiment with different grains, yeasts, and seasonal distillations. Its first release was the rye whisky RyeLaw, launched in 2023, and the distillery is now expanding production with plans to double capacity while introducing green hydrogen power as part of its future operations.
