Light, clean palate of fresh strawberries with delicate notes of floral lavender.
Serve suggestion: Muddle the gin with 2 strawberries and freshly ground pepper (1/8tsp) in a shaker. Serve in copa/balloon glass with ice and topped with tonic and garnish with fresh strawberries.
