Rediscovering their unique know-how, and faithfully following the methods passed down from generation to generation, they are again producing flavours and sensations that everyone thought were lost.
Tasting Note: Thyme flowers are gathered from the hills of Provence in the spring. These are macerated to create a soft liqueur with all the flavour of the area.
