This outstanding single malt gets its colour and flavour from ageing in smaller hogshead casks, which allows for more wood surface area to interact with the whisky, resulting in a complex character impacted by both Spanish and American oak casks. The use of first-fill barrels, meticulously selected for this specific expression to highlight its aromas and flavours, gives Reflexion its depth of colour and rich flavour. Reflexion is a celebration of floral and vanilla notes, accentuated with fresh apples and apricots, and is bold and full-bodied.
