Description

About the Producer

The estate is at the Southern edge of the Co^tes du Roussillon Appellation, and has complex soils of schist, gneiss and gravel. Vines were first planted here around 1810, and the property today has magnificent holdings of Syrah, Grenache, Roussanne, Marsanne and Muscat. Viticulture is low intervention and now moving towards fully organic.

Grapes are harvested by hand with an average yield very low (28hl/hectare). The wholebunch is pressed and then the juice is fermented in tank and barrel. Each variety is vinified separated. The wine is aged for 6 months in tank and barrel.

Tasting Notes

Delicious, refined white of great poise and complexity. Aromas of honeyed pear and greengage, and a delightful palate with an almost creamy texture and lovely silky, mineral dry finish.

Delivery

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £125 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
