Tasting Note: Amber in colour, clean and brilliant, it presents a delicate and complicated set of balanced aromas, with hints of honey and brushes of vanilla and oak from its time in virgin-oak solera & criaderas.
To the palate, it is dry and smooth, with light alcohols that complement its aroma. Ron Palido is Ideal for sling, highball, and sour cocktails. Founder’s choice is Ron Palido mixed with lime soda, affectionately known as “Palito”.
