Nyetimber's signature wine offers a perfect balance of elegance and intensity. Our blend includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from across each of our vineyards, blended from multiple vintages. It is refined and elegant, with complex aromas of honey, almond, pastry, and baked apple and a harmonious combination of intensity, delicacy, and length.

Greensand and chalk soils, together with a mild climate, support the slow ripening of grapes for optimum sweetness and acidity. Nyetimber uses only the finest estate-grown fruit to craft award-winning, world-renowned wines. Created using the traditional method, wines are aged for extended periods to build depth, complexity and elegance.
