Sourced from a combination of Elk Cove estate vineyards and trusted partners in the Willamette Valley. All the fruit is hand-picked and gently pressed. The juice is then cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate aromatics. A perfumed nose of freshly cut pear, blossom, ripe melon and baked spiced apple. Medium-bodied with a plump, creamy yet refreshing palate.
