Tasting Notes

A truly distinctive African gin, Procera Blue Dot is crafted in Nairobi using fresh, locally grown juniper, unlike the dried varieties used in most gins. On the nose, vibrant pine and citrus aromas burst forward, intertwined with earthy undertones and a hint of nutty complexity from acacia honey. The palate is bold yet impeccably smooth, delivering layers of zesty grapefruit, warm spice, and herbaceous depth, rounded out by a rich, almost savoury umami note. The finish is long and lingering, with juniper’s signature resinous freshness balanced by a whisper of African terroir. A stunning sipping gin that also shines in a Martini, showcasing its unique depth and elegance.
