Description

Vincent Bachelet's family was originally from Maranges, but in 2008 moved into a lovely building with extensive 18th century cellars in Chassagne Montrachet. He owns 17 hectares of vines across the Cote de Beaune, which include a high proportion of old vines, worked with controlled yields, careful manual harvesting with sorting of the grapes before light -touch vinification. The wines are very much in demand and we are delighted to have received an allocation of wines from him.
