Tasting Notes

An opulent, nocturnal-inspired spirit designed for sipping, boasting an intricate blend of botanicals aged in rare oak casks. On the nose, deep floral notes of damask rose and night-blooming jasmine intertwine with rich, resinous juniper and a whisper of warm spice. The palate is luxuriously smooth, unfolding with layers of velvety vanilla, saffron, and dark cacao, balanced by bright citrus and woody depth from its time in cask. The finish is long and seductive, with lingering spice and a touch of honeyed complexity. Perfect for a decadent Martini or savoured neat over.
