About the Producer

Founded in 1962, Sibiliana is a cooperative of vine growers from Sicily. They work together to produce exceptional quality wines and are recognised as one of the Italy's leading producers of Grillo and Nero D'Avola. Pioneers of organic viticulture in Sicily, several years ago they identified vineyards ideal for low intervention grape-growing and have also harnessed modern technology to make vegan-friendly wines which successfully represent their origins and respect the local environment.

Tasting Notes

Their Nerello Mascalese Medoro delights the palate with bright notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries, complemented by hints of zesty citrus. Its lively acidity invigorates the senses, while a subtle minerality adds depth and complexity. This rosé offers a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel, with a delicate floral undertone that lingers on the finish.

How To Enjoy

Serve chilled and enjoy on its own as a refreshing aperitif. Its vibrant acidity makes it a perfect pairing with a variety of cuisines, including fresh seafood dishes like grilled shrimp or ceviche. This versatile rosé also complements light salads, vegetarian dishes, and antipasti platters. For a delightful contrast, try pairing it with creamy cheeses like goat cheese or feta.
