Produced using 100% Australian malted barley, STARWARD Wine Cask is matured in Australian table wine barrels (Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot).They are filled ‘wet' to give the whisky maximum exposure to the red wine influence.

Nose- On the nose, balanced aromas of raisin, banana and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat.
Palate- The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes.
Finish- A long, dry, tannic finish balances the spirit’s oiliness and round body.
