On top of aniseed, star anise and liquorice, the spirt features fresh citrus zest for a balancing acidity, and gorse flowers foraged on the Cornish clifftops for a special sweetness. With no added sugar, the spirit is wonderfully dry in style and ideal for cocktails.
Nose– Honey, freshly picked garden herbs. Sweet liquorice. Earthy and aromatic.
Body– Rich, creamy and citrusy. Peppery spice with a hint of acidity.
Finish– Sweet-yet-dry and silky smooth. Bitter and sweet.
