Mokoroa Kimuak is produced of 100% Hondarrabi Zuri grape from the best vines, aged for eight months on lees for added texture and complexity, and released a year later than the standard Txakoli. This wine has a creamy mouthfeel with aromas of yellow plum and grapefruit, lovely weight and texture.

Mokoroa Txakoli Winery was founded in 2008 by Jose Antonio Mokoroa and his family. It is located in Gipuzkoa, in the Basque Country. Getariako Txakolina extends throughout the province of Gipuzkoa. This Denomination of Origin is one of the only three, along with Araba and Bizkaia, authorized to produce Txakoli in the Basque Country.
This wine has a creamy mouthfeel with aromas of yellow plum and grapefruit, lovely weight and texture.
Mokoroa Kimuak can be enjoyed with light vegetable-based dishes, grilled seafood, delicate white meat or spiced fragrant dishes. Due to its weightier mouthfeel, it can be paired with more intense flavours than the standard Txacoli.
