Description

The Woodstock winery is located in McLaren Vale, just south of Adelaide. Whilst it is very much an Australian producer, its name actually derives from England. In the town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire stands a set of wooden leg stocks. In Medieval times, these stocks were used to punish the local townsfolk who had over imbibed. As a cheeky nod to the town’s history, Woodstock has named its flagship wine, the ‘Stocks’ Shiraz.

This luscious dessert wine is revered for its fine balance between sweetness and acidity. The wine is made from a blend of natural Botrytis (or “noble rot”) affected grapes. This is a mould encouraged by humidity which naturally concentrates the sugars in the grapes, captured when most luscious on the vines and given minimal intervention to make glorious sweet wines. The Coast & Creek is am unusual blend of 64% Vermentino, 18% Savagnin, 13% Riesling and 5% Viognier, packed with sweet apricot, marmalade, lime and honeyed fruits.

Delivery

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £125 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

Returns

We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

Excludes perishable or personalised products or those products that have been specified as non-returnable.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name.
If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.
