Almave Blanco is a pioneering non-alcoholic spirit that captures the essence of traditional tequila without the alcohol. Crafted in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, it utilises authentic blue Weber agave harvested, cooked, and crushed. Instead of undergoing fermentation, the agave is distilled multiple times to concentrate its complex flavours and aromas.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, Almave Blanco offers fresh agave with fruity, green vegetal notes. The palate is bright and crisp, featuring fresh agave flavours complemented by hints of minerality, spice, and bitterness, all balanced with subtle acidity. This clear, light-bodied spirit is ideal for mixing into non-alcoholic versions of tequila-based cocktails like Margaritas and Palomas.
