Almave Blanco is a pioneering non-alcoholic spirit that captures the essence of traditional tequila without the alcohol. Crafted in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, it utilises authentic blue Weber agave harvested, cooked, and crushed. Instead of undergoing fermentation, the agave is distilled multiple times to concentrate its complex flavours and aromas.
