Description

The yuzu fruits are macerated in sugar-cane-based neutral alcohol for several weeks. At the end of the process, the macerated fruits are crushed and mashed and re-incorporated into the final product, together with sugar syrup and more fresh crushed fruits. This is bottled unfiltered to retain maximum purity.

Tasting Notes

Unfiltered, with zippy, tangy acidity, intense citrus flavours, and great length. It has incredible vibrancy and a fantastic, pure, eye-opening yuzu character.

How To Enjoy

It is ideal as a digestif, with pudding such as a lemon drizzle cake or citrus sorbet, or as a great cocktail ingredient.
