Clase Azul has been sharing the magic of Mexican culture for over 25 years, they are inspired by heritage, traditions and the natural world. Their iconic decanters are handmade by Mexican artisans, in 2007 the Tradición Mazahua was founded, a ceramic workshop in which Clase Azul's highly skilled craftspeople devote themselves to creating these striking decanters. Their principles follow the three pillars of dedication, excellence, and beauty. Each ceramic decanter is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that beautifully displays their ancestors' skill and their millenary legacy.
Clase Azul Tequila is produced from 100% blue agave grown on one of the highest points in the state of Jalisco. The Agave is all organically grown and matures for six to eight years before harvesting. Once these plant have been harvested they are roasted for over 72 hours to bring out their natural sweetness, complex aromas and tasting notes. For the fermentation process to begin the cores are crushed to extract all the precious juices and yeast is then added. The ultra premium Tequila is twice distilled, with a wide cut of "heads" and "tails" to guarantee the finest possible quality.
