Clase Azul Reposado is one of the smoothest and most iconic examples one can find. A 100% agave Tequila aged for at least 8 months, bottled in a beautiful, hand-painted Talavera carafe.

Clase Azul has been sharing the magic of Mexican culture for over 25 years, they are inspired by heritage, traditions and the natural world. Their iconic decanters are handmade by Mexican artisans, in 2007 the Tradición Mazahua was founded, a ceramic workshop in which Clase Azul's highly skilled craftspeople devote themselves to creating these striking decanters. Their principles follow the three pillars of dedication, excellence, and beauty. Each ceramic decanter is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that beautifully displays their ancestors' skill and their millenary legacy.
Clase Azul Tequila is produced from 100% blue agave grown on one of the highest points in the state of Jalisco. The Agave is all organically grown and matures for six to eight years before harvesting. Once these plant have been harvested they are roasted for over 72 hours to bring out their natural sweetness, complex aromas and tasting notes. For the fermentation process to begin the cores are crushed to extract all the precious juices and yeast is then added. The ultra premium Tequila is twice distilled, with a wide cut of "heads" and "tails" to guarantee the finest possible quality.

On the nose, it presents a rich bouquet of vanilla, roasted agave, and a hint of caramel, blended with notes of citrus peel and toasted oak. The entry on the palate is velvety smooth, revealing layers of tropical fruits, and delicate spice. This tequila's complexity is further enhanced by notes of toffee, almond and cinnamon. The finish is exceptionally long, warm, and gratifying, leaving an enduring impression of refined sweetness and gentle oak.
Best served neat, at room temperature, allowing you to fully appreciate its complex flavours and aromas. Alternatively, serve it on the rocks with a single large ice cube to chill it slightly without diluting the rich flavours.
Pair with an aged Gouda. The nutty, caramel flavours of aged Gouda pair beautifully with the tequila's similar flavour profile. The cheese's creamy texture and rich taste align perfectly with the tequila's smooth, warm finish, providing a luxurious and indulgent experience.
