Fascino translates as "charm" a reference to the inherent character of this wine. It is produced by one of Veneto's leading family-owned wineries who have been crafting sparkling wines since 1928 from their winery located a few kilometres from Venice. Today the third generation continues their parents' tradition, continuing to release wines of the highest quality while progressing to be at the forefront of vegan and organic production in the region.

Description

The vineyards benefit from a temperate climate, influenced by the sea and the Alps which protect them from the northern winds. The local cold winters and hot summers with just the right amount of rainfall are the perfect combination for growing healthy grapes. These well-drained vineyards have been carefully converted to organics over several years. Only natural treatments are used with no artificial herbicides, insectides or fertilisers ensuring optimum health for the vines and the vineyard workers.

After a gentle pressing, the juice undergoes a static cold settling. A cool fermentation occurs over 10 days after which the wine is filtered and the second fermentation is carried out pressurized stainless steel tank, using the Charmat method to capture the Carbon Dioxide in bubble form while retaining the vibrant fresh fruit that is so typical of Prosecco. The wine is made according to vegan principles.

Tasting Notes

Fragrant apple and peach notes with a hint of grapefruit. A lovely round texture with a touch of honey and plenty of depth, leading to a crisp citrus finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, for brunch, or with white fish.

Delivery

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £125 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.
